I said to Lori that I would be happy to give her a reference as a pet sitter any time she needed one she could have people call me and she replied thanks but she didn't want me bothered with phone calls and asked if I would write a reference here instead. I must say Lori is always considerate and her customer service is A +. Lori has pet sit for us every time we have gone on vacation for the last 5 years, we have a cat and a dog. Lori genuinely loves our pets, she is the most caring person I have ever met. Our cat was a baby kitten when we adopted him, someone took him from his mother to young, I couldn't get him to calm down and sleep through the night, he was keeping us up. Lori gave me advice of putting a hot water bottle under some towels and a travel clock under that to make Sam feel like he was with his Mom again. It worked beautifully, our cat was happy and we got to sleep again. I give a reference for Lori to anyone who wants a trustworthy and knowledgeable pet sitter who is crazy about animals.

Lori has been a blessing to my family, she has been very helpful taking care of our pets while we travel.
